Synopsis
A short documentary released in February 2023 to coincide with arguably the largest democratic exercise in Africa, directed by David Symmons. Vote True message of perseverance in the face of adversity and hope in action has resonated with critics. It won the Grand Jury Award at the New York International Film Awards. Best Actor award, at the Berlin Indie Film Festival and Best Voice Over award at the Cannes World Film Festival.
